
Jim grew up in an Air Force family but attended High School in Northern Virginia. He attended the US Air Force Academy and his career brought him to Hampton where he was stationed at Langley AFB.
After leaving the military, Jim & his partners started The Roofing Company in 1998.
The Roofing Company has prospered and has won multiple awards from the construction industry.
The Roofing Company holds the top certifications from the largest shingle manufacturers in the U.S. The company has grown and now offers installation of siding, windows and Gutter Topper.
Jim is a pretty boring guy and can’t imagine why anyone would want to read this much about him.

Born and raised in Newport News, Keith Bales has been full time in the pest management business for over 30 years.
Keith is Certified Applicator with the State Agricultural Department 4067-C, graduate of the structural pest control program, Class A contractor, Certified Water Proofing professional, ADS Drain Certified. He is also an Active Rotarian and a life member of the National Rifle Association.
Liiving in the Isle of Wight with his wife of 30 years, Keith is busy restoring historic homes. He has restored an 1870 home in Isle of Wight and reconstructed a 1790 colonial post and beam. Keith also enjoys photography, shooting sports, nature, antiques and travel.

Chuck
formed Energy Efficient in 2001 and has served as Chief Operating Officer since its founding. Chuck is a graduate of the Newport News Shipbuilders Apprentice School Program and worked at the Shipyard as a Journeyman and Certified Master HVAC Mechanic.
Chuck is the Company's visionary, driving the organization to ever greater levels of quality and customer satisfaction. For the past five years, he has conducted the Company's customer Happy Visit that follows the installation of every new or replacement system. Chuck provides his leadership team with feedback that allows Energy Efficient to maintain its competitive advantage and impressive growth rate.

Pete hails from Nelson County, Virginia in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Looking to see the world outside of Nelson, he joined the U.S. Navy after high school. Pete moved to the Hampton Roads area with the U.S.Navy in 1980 and has called it home ever since.
He brings over 25 years of construction knowledge to The Remodeling Company team. Pete also has 10 years in the commercial building field. He worked on projects such as the Hampton Inn on West Mercury Blvd and many of the Wal-Marts scattered throughout the Hampton Roads area."
Pete is an avid outdoorsman and a hunting guide. His favorite pastimes are coaching his daughter’s softball team and returning to hunt in the mountains of Virginia.
